Our client has an excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Resourcer to join a large and supportive team. The company is community focused, assisting in enriching the lives of elderly, youth and disadvantaged. They are a Christian organisation who are compassionate and are in a growth phase and branching out to increase the scope of their services.

  
Your role in the organisation:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Recruitment Resourcer to work in a large team seeking only the top talent to work within community areas such as nursing, aged care and adoption.
  
The position will involve culling, phone screening, shortlisting and tracking applications through the online system. You will be working on multiple vacancies at once, so your ability to prioritise will be second to none.
  
Your negotiation and communication skills will benefit you in this position as you will be liaising with hiring managers from different sectors in the organisation and fostering relationships both internally and externally with Recruitment Agencies.

  
About you:
This opportunity would suit an entry level Internal Recruiter with 1-2 years experience in an office environment. We are seeking an engaging and personable candidate with Microsoft and IT skills. You will be resilient and focused with the ability to follow through with high volume recruitment. Ideally you would have an understanding of Recruitment systems such as PageUp.
