Administration Assistant

Narellan Pools is a division of a truly world class global company with over 25 Manufacturing Facilities around the world. We are currently recruiting for a Administration Assistant.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Completion of secondary studies required; Administration Diploma desirable
  • Document management, including scanning, filing and retrieving documents, records and reports.
  • Assist with day to day facility coordination.
  • Facilitating with warehouse and logistics processes
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to remain flexible by working with different teams and ad-hoc responsibilities
  • Willingness to learn and engage in new activities
  • Strong adaptability and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal)
  • Takes initiative to complete set tasks, with a can do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be proactive
  • Ability to develop and implement small internal projects
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level across Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with Sharepoint

Highly desirable, but not essential, for this role are the following skills and/or experience:

  • Ensure a culture of discipline is applied to all meetings, phone calls etc.
  • Establish and maintain core administrative processes and systems
  • Competently record and distribute telephone messages
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational inefficiencies
  • Anticipate needs, problems, blocks and make recommendations real time
  • Support Management with the compilation, storage and retrieval of reports and collation of information
  • High level of attention to detail with a relentless approach of getting things right and achieving high levels of success
  • Be motivated, disciplined, reliable and considerate team member with tons of integrity
  • Have your own transport
