About the business

We are looking for a bright, organised and efficient individual with a background in Studio Production to join our busy team based in Redfern. You will coordinate all the creative team members, clients and management in a busy creative studio to help deliver creative results in photography, video, design and copywriting with an emphasis on the real estate marketing.

About the role

We require someone who has worked in a similar position previously, ideally within professional services or creative environment. You must possess a strong ability to multitask, build relationships and can demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude.

You will be the first point of contact for all booking-related matters, managing the studio calendars and delivery of work to clients so attention to detail is very important.

This position is an incredible opportunity for a highly motivated individual to proactively support a small creative agency that is looking for growth and wishes to be a highly regarded brand in their market.

  • Ensure team is appropriately resourced to deliver objectives

  • Have a hands-on approach to deadlines

  • Flexible to changing priorities and implement plans to meet business needs 

  • Provide day to day operational support 

  • Collaborate with team to identify and implement improvements to the content creation process

  • Use customer feedback to solve issues

  • Anticipate customer needs

  • Anticipate work volumes and bottlenecks and develop plans accordingly

  • Coordinate and oversee projects from pre-production to completion

  • Book and manage team calendars and appointments

  • Troubleshoot daily changes or issues

  • Deliver creative to clients on a daily basis and organise any changes

Skills and experience

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe CC
  • Basic Photoshop skills essential

  • Previous experience working with busy, high volume calendars

  • Understanding of social platforms for content delivery

  • Ability to work in a busy creative space

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Reliable, punctual and with a positive attitude

  • Strong attention to detail

This can be autonomous role for the right candidate who is a highly organised individual with the ability to manage their own day.
