Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

A unique opportunity has become available for a highly driven and professional administrator to join our global financial services client based in Sydney CBD. You will be supporting a progressive and driven Account Development team within the company’s foreign exchange business unit. As the successful candidate, you will be professional, driven with a high attention to detail, managing several key responsibilities at once.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Screen invoices to ensure they meet company compliance and requirements
  • Report any discrepancy’s with invoices or documents to management
  • Ensure invoice submission are followed correctly and are being managed by support team in India appropriately
  • Ensure customer payments are process by strict deadlines
  • Manage customers queries via email and phone
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Support management team from an administrative perspective
  • Inbox management

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative focused role
  • Ability to work as part of a progressive and dynamic team
  • Driven and innovative with a focus on business process improvements
  • Adaptable and proven experience working in a progressive industry such as financial services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with a great attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with the ability to manage several systems at once
  • Strong focus on client and customer delivery and excellence
