Payroll and Accounts Payable Clerk

Based in Perth/Northbridge - My Flex Health International is a leading healthcare provider in Western Australia dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services for our wide range of clients in Home Care, Labour Hire and Training.

 

The role

You will be working in a small team, supported by an external Accounting firm. Duties will include:

  • Processing of payroll
  • Maintaining Award rates
  • Invoicing
  • Processing of debtors and creditors

 

About you

The following skills are essential to succeeding in this role:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, well organised time management
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • A pro-active and flexible attitude;

 

You must be competent in:

  • MYOB
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data entry
