Accounts Administrator

The company

This business has proudly celebrated consistent project wins allowing for them to add additional head count to support the business. With this is mind, they seek an Accounts Administrator who is eager to expand on their purchasing, accounts payable and administration knowledge, joining a highly functional, and supportive team environment. This role will start immediately and is offered on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role

  • Support purchasing function by raising purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and investigate queries

  • Maintain vehicle usage register
  • Reconciliation of fuel supply arrangements
  • Receiving incoming goods and entering goods receipts
  • Processing invoices against the goods receipts
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable accounts
  • General ad hoc administrative duties within the team

Your profile

To be successful in this position, you can demonstrate experience where you have managed a high volume of data. You are confident in speaking with people across the business and eager to advance your skillset.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who has dabbled in payables or purchasing, and wants to take the next step into a more rounded position.
