About the role 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Personal Assistant to join a vibrant, progressive and energetic Professional financial business on a permanent basis. This role offers stability, career progression and an outstanding company culture. The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and have previous experience operating in environments where they are heavily relied upon to undertake a multitude of tasks.

Responsibilities
 
This role sits in an important area of the organisation, working with a supportive team of interesting people. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Providing high level administrative support to the team
• Formatting and preparing documents and proposals
• Database management 
• Assisting with and attending events 
• Recruitment administration including; reference checking and phone screening
• Managing credit cards and expenses
• Coordinating travel & accommodation when necessary
• Coordinating & attending weekly team meetings
• Assisting with the preparation of marketing material 
• Reception relief 
• Other ad hoc administration tasks as required 

Skills / Experience

• Experience working in a similar Administrative or Team Assistant position is essential
• Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Overall great team player
• High degree of attention to detail
• Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
• Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft knowledge
• Excellent time management skills
• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
