The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Project Manager with digital experience to join our team. You will support Senior Project Managers, ensuring all projects, and agreed project requirements are delivered on-time, on budget, to the correct specifications, and to a level of quality that meets client and agency expectations. You will also manage small to medium sized projects under the guidance of Senior Project Managers and will also:

  • Support Senior Project Managers with the management of large projects, including project status meetings, updating and managing agency systems and assisting with the UAT phase of projects.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects from initial briefing through to completion incorporating compliance to established agency processes.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all have a clear understanding of their obligations and function in meeting milestones across project stages.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and strategy teams to gather project requirements and user stories based on client briefs and discovery workshops
  • Work with Project Coordinator to traffic workflow, resourcing and allocating individual tasks to project team members to deliver project outcomes.
  • Reliably deliver on SLA and financial targets.
  • Be meticulous at capturing and documenting requirements.
  • Organise, prioritise and manage a combination of retainer and project-based work.
  • Smile, laugh, motivate team mates and play a mean game of table tennis

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or relevant digital role.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources and resolve issues when they arise. 
  • Experience using Jira would be preferred.
  • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline would be an advantage.
  • A proven ability to successfully manage client relationships.
