Customer Service/Claims Assistant
If you are customer service orientated with a flair for problem solving and great eye for detail then this is a fantastic opportunity not to be missed!  You will be part of a dynamic team for a leading National organisation in the Gifts & Homewares Industry.  Located on the Northern Beaches they boast lovely modern offices and a fun & friendly team environment.

Specific tasks include:-
  • Handling and analysing returns
  • Processing claims
  • Issuing credits
  • Resolving customer enquiries and complaints
  • Managing incorrect shipments and freight/returns
  • Investigating stock issues eg oversupply or shortsupply
  • Liaising & following up issues with freight companies
  • Supporting the Finance Team
To be successful in this role you will need to have top communication and organisational skills and be computer literate (MS Word & Excel). You must have previous experience dealing with issuing and processing claims either within a warehouse or office environment.

Salary is up to $65,000 package (negotiable depending on experience).

Hours are 8.30am (Mondays) & 9.00am (Tuesdays to Fridays) to 5.00pm.  Training will be provided.

Due to the location residents of the North Shore and Northern Beaches are preferred.  Street parking is available and the offices are accessible via major bus routes.
