We are currently recruiting a Data Entry / Administrator to support our client during a peak period. This role will require the successful incumbent to process member applications as well as interpreting and applying a range of polices.


To be successful for this role you must have;

  • Business and/or Administration experience or training
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High quality customer service
  • Experience in administering processes to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of iMIS CRM software and/or HP Content Manager (CM) software is advantageous


This role will include;

  • Providing high level of administration support
  • Processing high levels of incoming applications
  • Corresponding with candidates and contractors
  • Maintaining tight timelines for application processes
  • Providing written feedback to members in relation to applications
