LEAD CONSULTANT is responsible for working with the fast, secure, scalable and maintainable applications that will make us stand out from the crowd by ensuring the quality and enabling Company employees to do their work effectively.  

  • Maintaining and configuring OEM Grid control in 11g, 12C oracle database for banking domain.
  • Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products along with d
  • Creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models, develop complex database objects through Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages and Triggers using SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Perform database tuning, security upgrades, backups and optimization of the banks database. Ensure high performance of the databases and high availability.
  • Responsible for deployment of Database changes using Liquibase, Shell scripts and Red Hat Ansible.
  • Responsible for solving oracle infrastructure issue by applying patch and Version Control
  • Perform database transaction and security audits and maintaining the database clusters for optimal performance.
  • Controlling and monitoring user access to the database while Backing up and restoring the database in the event of failures.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing reports and solution using APEX.
  • Automate the problem analysis, identification and fixes to the database systems using machine learning techniques & scripting tools

Education Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor of Commerce is desirable.
  • At least 10 years of proven expertise in the following technologies:
    • Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows (Enterprise & Professional), IOS 10.7.2
    • Databases: Oracle, Mongo dB,SQL Server
    • Languages: Unix shell scripting, Pl/SQL, Perl scripting, C, C++, Python, Oracle data warehousing and Data modeling.
    • Tools/ Methodologies and Utilities:Data warehousing, ETL, Toad, Oracle Application Express [APEX], liquibase, TFS, GIT, Oracle Enterprise manager [OEM] and Red Hat Ansible.
    • Test Management tools: ALM, Quality Centre, JIRA,
  • At least 8 years’ experience with installation, configuring, tuning, upgrading and administering 9i 10g, 11G and 12C systems in windows, Linux and Aix environments.
  • Extensive experience in development and maintenance of Banking databases & financial applications that involves Build, Release & deployment activities.
