Guest Services and Housekeeping Officers

Reflections Holiday Parks is undergoing rapid growth as we look to transform our portfolio of holiday parks into places that inspire all who visit.  As part of our investment in our parks’ future, we are integrating the Hawks Nest and Jimmys Beach parks into the direct management portfolio, and we are hoping that you will jump at the chance to explore these new opportunities with us.

The Roles

We are seeking experienced Guest Services and Housekeeping Officers to work across both parks. Critical to our operations, these roles form part of our wider mission to provide exceptional experiences through exceptional service. We are currently recruiting Casual roles.

The successful candidates will be responsible for a high standard of friendly and welcoming customer service, the areas of responsibility for these roles include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face and via telephone;
  • Guest check-in through Newbook;
  • Undertake general office duties, banking and cleaning of office/kiosk;
  • Assist Park Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office and kiosk/store;
  • Receiving and dispensing of monies via computerised point of sale register;
  • Assist supervisor with stock take and invoicing for kiosk, store, cabin, office and cleaning equipment and chemicals;
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including linen, cleaning interior and exterior of cabins;
  • Assisting as required in the cleaning of guest amenities;
  • Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained;
  • Follow work health and safety procedures; identifying hazards and assessing and controlling safety risks.

The successful applicants may be subject to a National Criminal History Check and a Pre- Employment Medical Assessment including Functional Capacity or will have to provide evidence of recent successful assessments. Additionally, they will have the right to work in Australia, and be able to provide evidence of this.

As this is a child related position you will be required to maintain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance as a condition of employment. For more information, visit the Office of the Children’s Guardian website.
