A little about the role

This position contributes to the success of DPV Health by working collaboratively with the organisation’s senior leaders, managers and staff to embed a culture that consistently delivers high-quality, effective and safe services through monitoring, evaluating and improving the quality and safety of clinical and non-clinical services.

The Quality Business Partner is an enterprise wide role, which works under the direction of the Quality and Risk Manager to:

  • Promote the value of client voice as a key indicator of quality and safety and central to quality improvement planning and evaluation
  • Engage the workforce to understand quality governance systems and the value it provides to the organisation and to those who access our services
  • Ensure effective quality governance systems and processes are understood, implemented, monitored, evaluated and improved
  • Provide internal business consultancy and support for quality improvement initiatives, stakeholder feedback systems, risk management and compliance systems, and
  • Coordinate effective accreditation cycles and processes.

About you

  • The Quality Business Partner is an innovative professional with extensive knowledge and experience of quality and safety in the community and health sector, including clinical governance.
  • The position requires the ability to execute and achieve deliverables within timelines, managing conflicting priorities whilst working collaboratively across both clinical and non-clinical areas of DPV Health.
  • This requires a highly motivated individual who can engage, liaise and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders.
