Our client is a software company providing a niche product for their Global & National clients.  Located on the lower North Shore (parking provided), this is a fabulous opportunity to join a small and dynamic team in a fast-paced environment which offers great job satisfaction.  You will be providing administration support to Management and their Clients.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email
  • Problem solving to find solutions for clients or escalating to relevant staff
  • Documenting & scheduling requests and issues
  • Managing multiple clients projects
  • Spreadsheet management
  • Updating database
To be considered for this role you will require:
  • Top communication skills both written & verbal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Be highly organised & time effficient
  • High attention to detail
  • Be highly proficient using web-based software platforms
  • Previous office or customer service experience
A salary guide of $55,000 + Superannuation (dependent on experience) and hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm.  Full training will be provided.
