Brand Marketing Executive

About the Role

Reporting to the Group Chief Marketing Officer, this is a key role within the organization.As a successful candidate, you will have the ability to plan, implement and optimize brand, evergreen and short-term campaigns confidently.

You will be data-driven, with the ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions that drive results.

You’ll be supported by an established team of marketing specialists through group services. You will also be working closely with external agencies, responsible for obtaining optimal results from all vendors.

You will be measured on the quantity and quality of leads generated, as well as your ability to optimize campaign performance to meet strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing strategies across multiple channels to improve customer experience.
  • Contributing to the development of and manage digital marketing campaigns from inception through to delivery and post campaign review.
  • Development of a marketing plan to support the key marketing objectives for the short term (monthly), medium term (quarterly) and long term (annually).
  • Implementation of marketing strategy and developing creative solutions that drive our online demand generation efforts.
  • Management of website content updates across various brand websites using CMS, includes liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure consistency, quality, brand adherence and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement and enhancing customer facing digital assets such as the website, customer portal, application form etc.
  • Ensure effective internal dissemination of marketing event calendars and other communications.
  • Assist the CMO with the implementation and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and deliver brand communications through various digital channels.
  • Assist with the development and coordination of promotional campaigns.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns with the intention of developing insights.
  • Continually evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities, as well as reporting and analysis of key metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Management of customer Net Promoter Score (including analysis and reporting) through relevant tools, and relay findings to relevant departments.
  • Assist the CMO with the preparation of monthly reporting for the Senior Management team.

The Candidate

To be successful you will demonstrate:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Brand management, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to.
  • Experience should include a focus on digital activity including search marketing, content marketing and database marketing.
  • Experience in omni-channel campaign management.
  • Experience briefing internal resources, agencies and other outsourced vendors.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • CMS, CRM and inbound marketing principles essential.
  • High-level MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
