Contract Administrator - Fitout

As a Contract Administrator, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Supporting Project Managers + Site Managers to deliver high quality product with superior customer relations
  • Coordinator council approvals, associated permits and records
  • Weekly reports on the progress of all active projects
  • Conduct all "follow ups" to ensure that all project related information is returned and/or collected within the specified time frames
  • Develop a strong understanding of each project – scope, pricing, subcontractors, rescheduling and other relevant information

Qualifications & Technical Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry
  • Exceptional administration and organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to foresee roadblocks, troubleshoot and manage issues as they arise
  • Experience managing and supporting dynamic teams to success
  • The ability to communicate with all stakeholders in a timely, knowledgeable and confident manner
