About the role


Working closely with our General Manager, Lead Designer, and Project Coordinator, you will work on a range of tasks for internal and client projects - including but not limited to: 

  • Attend scoping workshops with potential clients
  • Understand product specifications and user psychology
  • Define user stories and the right interaction model
  • Assist with presenting user stories in client proposals or specification documents
  • Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Facilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, and prototyping for digital products
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
  • Communicate UX ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Stay informed of competitor products and industry trends
  • Other general admin tasks

Skills and experience


To be successful in this role, you will: 
Have 1+ year experience as a UX Designer

  • Be highly capable of documenting ideas in written and visual formats
  • Document project requirements based on client briefs
  • Create user stories based on project requirements
  • Attend scoping workshops with potential clients
  • Be friendly and respectful to all team members and clients
  • Have a keen interest in technology and design

Other desirable qualities include:

  • Familiar with Adobe XD and other Adobe Suite software
  • Experienced with writing proposal documents
  • Able to conduct basic user research
  • Basic design knowledge
  • Creativity and initiative to propose new ideas
