The Role:

We are currently looking for Inventory Coordinators / Kit Assemblers to join our growing team in Mt Waverley, VIC. In this role, you will be picking and packing our medical kits that contain the implants, tools, and equipment that are used in life-changing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch medical device kits before sending out to hospitals
  • Ensure medical kits are delivered in-full and on-time
  • Maintain accurate records in our system of all dispatch and return items
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing and returned kits
  • Liaise with hospital staff, sales representatives, and customer service personnel to ensure customer needs are met

Skills & Requirements:

  • High attention to detail is critical and essential in this role.
  • Ability to complete repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • People who thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment and will go above and beyond to ensure projects are complete and exceed expectations.
  • Effective team players who are passionate about collaborating and achieving goals as a team.
  • People who are naturally inclined to take on challenging projects and can’t resist improving a process.
