Assistant Property Manager

  • Exciting part time Assistant Property Manager role
  • Minimum of 25 hours per week including 3 hours on Saturdays
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships to understand current & future needs
  • Based in Yarrawonga; iconic brand

The Role

Provide property management services and support by:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships;
  • Focussing on expansion of the business;
  • Maintenance Requests;
  • Communication with landlords and tenants;
  • Preparation of necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants;
  • End to end property management.

The Person

  • Agents representative qualification and experience in Property Management is preferred but not necessary;
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation;
  • Knowledge of REST software;
  • Current driver’s license;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, flexible and highly organised.
