Sales Associate / Personal Assistant to Principal


About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Sales Associate / Sales Administrator to work alongside the Principal of this top performing Northern Gold Coast multi-office agency providing all aspects of sales support and administration assistance.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to hit the ground running, demonstrating your already established skill set and industry knowledge.

No 2 days will be the same:

  • Prospecting, lead generation, appraisals
  • Liaising with current clients, preparing vendor reports, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Diary management, attending meetings, taking minutes
  • Prepare listing file, property marketing, write ad copy, prepare contracts
  • Prepare marketing for both print & online
  • Attend open homes, building & pest, valuations
  • Arrange staff events & corporate functions
  • General administration tasks 

About you

You will be forward thinking, highly organised and able to flourish within a fast paced and ever changing environment.

Your attention to detail will be meticulous and your flare for design can shine through with property marketing & bespoke prospecting.

Your relevant legislation & industry knowledge will ensure that you assist with smooth sales transactions.

You must have a  positive & can-do attitude. You will need to be corporately presented, polite and friendly.

But most of all you will have a strong desire to succeed and strive for career progression.


To be considered for this role (the non-​negotiables):

  • Minimum of 2 years recent Residential Real Estate experience either in sales, property management or administration
  • Advanced skills utilising programs such as Realworks, Mydesktop (or similar CRM software), Homepass, Console, Publisher and Microsoft suite 
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)  skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively 
  • Sales Certificate or Licence
  • Drivers Licence & Reliable Car
