ABOUT THE ROLE

Entering a progressive growth and development phase in our journey, we currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Novated team based in our brand-new head office in Wangara.

This varied role will see you developing and leading a team of Novated sales and admin support specialists. Hands on in your approach, you will be responsible for managing the entire Novated process, driving optimum sales results and ensuring all customer service, account and administrative support processes are highly efficient and effective.

Duties will include:

  • Leading and developing the Novated team, setting and monitoring KPIs and driving performance
  • Inspiring and guiding staff members towards optimal individual and team performance
  • Ensuring all tasks and duties are effectively distributed and successfully completed in line with KPIs
  • Delivering ongoing training and mentoring to staff ensuring the team is always well covered to meet business needs
  • Identifying and effectively implementing business improvement initiatives
  • Identifying, and nurturing sales opportunities through to conversion
  • Responding to initial enquiries and inbound leads
  • Providing advice and promoting the benefits of Novated leasing including presenting to employees and employers
  • Assisting customers with the selection, sourcing and financing of vehicles
  • Processing finance applications through to securing deals and client implementation
  • Effectively managing all admin and customer service activities for the Novated Lease product.
  • Handling escalated customer enquiries and ensuring all customer and supplier interactions are of the highest standard and compliant with current legislation
  • Developing strong relationships with clients and providing strategic, expert advice
  • Maintaining work instructions and compliance records

  • You are well versed in Fleet, Novated Leasing, Finance or related industries
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivery of service excellence
  • You enjoy forging long-term, effective client relationships and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • You have well-developed computer literacy skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce or similar CRM software
