ABOUT THE ROLE

Currently undertaking a progressive growth and development phase, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Novated Education Executive to join our team.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales, this key position will see you professionally representing the Fleetcare Novated brand in the market place, developing relationships with some of our largest and most well established clients as well as nurturing prospective opportunities and maximising our sales penetration of the Novated product.

With an active focus on client visitations, you will enjoy instigating and conducting Novated Lease education, presentation and information sessions to both individuals and employee groups and generating and delivering leads to our dedicated team of consultants for conversion. You will also enjoy actively managing your own pipeline of leads, assisting customers with the selection, sourcing and financing of vehicles and ultimately securing deals.

  • You are highly autonomous and motivated with a natural flair for strategic sales
  • You are confident presenting to a wide range of audiences and promoting the benefits of Novated leasing and our associated suite of products and services
  • You enjoy qualifying and identifying business leads and opportunities and not only meeting but consistently exceed targets
  • You are an effective communicator, able to build effective and enduring professional relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • You are looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organisation
  • You take initiative, love a challenge and thrive on learning new skills
  • You are prepared to undertake local and interstate travel

  • Demonstrated ability to actively prospect for new Novated Leasing business and sound understanding of the complete range of Fleetcare products, including Operating Leasing, , Fleet Management and Telematics / GPS Tracking.
  • Demonstrated insight into client needs and ability to provide intelligent outsourced fleet solutions and identify new products and client offerings
  • Experience in tracking all sales activity to enable accurate business reporting
  • Ability to demonstrate how you have increased revenue and profitability.
  • Demonstrated experience in professionally representing yourself in the marketplace.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to protect the commercial interests of Fleetcare at all times.

This position will initially be appointed on a 2-year contract term, however further contract extensions and permanency may be considered for the successful candidate.
