Administration Assistant

A rare opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join a small and friendly team in one of Tasmania’s leading peak industry bodies located in Hobart’s CBD.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Preparation of general correspondence
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Data Entry

Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Previous Accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Competent using MYOB
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
