A rare opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join a small and friendly team in one of Tasmania’s leading peak industry bodies located in Hobart’s CBD.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Preparation of general correspondence
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Maintaining office supplies
- Data Entry
Skills and Experience:
- Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Previous Accounts payable/receivable experience
- Competent using MYOB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
