We currently have a great opportunity for a switched on enthusiastic Administration / Client Service Specialist who is looking to hit the ground running in this growing financial services company. The right candidate will have experience in all aspects of the Administration field as well as a passion for Client Services.

This role will provide you with great opportunities to learn, develop and hone your skills. You will be joining an organisation who offers longevity and an awesome team.

In this role you will be required to:

  • Assist clients and customers with all enquires
  • Manage a range of administration functions
  • Manage your own diary and emails
  • Liaise with numerous service providers
  • Update and maintain the company database
  • Be a true office all-rounder
  • Be able to multitask and complete a number of administration tasks
  • Previous experience within the financial services field and XPLAN would be advantageous
