About the role and you:
Want to be a part of a dynamic national team who is instrumental in the delivery of outcome-focused transport solutions, targeted at delivering innovative and fit-for-purpose engineering outcomes?  Our Future Transport Infrastructure Team is seeking highly motivated Practitioners/ Mid- to Senior level Engineers or Scientists with strong focus on Road Pavements and Asset Management to join our Perth based team.  The successful candidates must be proactive, take full accountability and truly be passionate about making a difference within the transportation industry.

We are seeking individuals who are keen to be a part of ARRB’s future and who will be a key team member, to contribute to the delivery of local, State and National projects and initiatives.

Our vacancies:
Principal Road Pavement/ Asset Management Practitioner/ Engineer/ Scientist
  • We seek driven, technically accomplished Senior and Principal level applicants with national and international standing within the area of Road Pavements/ Asset Management.
  • Must be able to lead and initiate ideas, develop proposals, identify and secure opportunities whilst undertaking research projects for international, national, state and local road agencies.  
  • Applicants with 10-20 years relevant consulting/practical and or government experience with demonstrable ability to successfully lead, develop and mentor a team are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience within Local, State or Federal Government Road Agencies is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering / Pavement and Asset Management or Equivalent Research Degree with PhD highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills and report writing skills.
Road Pavement/ Asset Management Practitioner/ Engineer/ Scientist
  • Seeking applicants with 5-15 road years pavement/ asset management experience.
  • Must have highly developed capabilities with the ability to work independent and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully complete tasks on budget and within given time frames.
  • Well-developed reporting writing, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience within Local, State or Federal Government Road Agencies is highly desirable.
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering / Pavement and Asset Management or Equivalent Research Degree (Bachelor and/or Masters preferred).
