My client now offers a complete holistic approach of tailored products and services to suit all investor types whom wish to develop property. This unique value proposition covers planning permits, architectural design and construction. However, the old adage and mentality of not forgetting where you came from and a strong sense of family values is still ingrained in the company.

  • Display and understand NCC/BCA and children services regulations.
  • The ability to prepare and complete town planning drawings for submission to council.
  • Addressing RFI’s, permit condition compliance and other council queries, as required.
  • The preparation of secondary consent and amendment planning applications for submission to council.
  • Attendance of any council meetings, site visits if applicable.
  • The preparation and completion of building documentation drawings for building permit application, as well as detail documentation drawings.
  • Co-ordination of all external consultants/authorities as necessary to procure drawings and reports as required for planning and building application documentation.
  • Assist to cross reference and rectify any discrepancies between planning and building documentation drawings and documentation.
  • Liaise with consultants, council and authorities, as required for all planning and building documentation.Assist with the administrative tasks as required for all planning and building documentation.
  • Apply all other relevant standards, policies, procedures, practice notes, and legislative requirements to all projects to ensure complete and satisfactory applications have been made.

  • A minimum five years local experience working across childcare projects 
  • A thorough understanding of NCC/BCA policies and procedures
  • Proven documentation skills from early concept through to completion
  • Proficient AutoCAD and Revit documentation experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
