The role requires someone who:

  • Can understand all in store retail operations
  • Drive policy & procedures
  • Is hands on, energetic & vibrant
  • Has solid experience to drive amazing customer service
  • Has prior experience in management 
  • Has the ability to create a positive team environment
  • Has the ability to motivate and influence your team
  • Have the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's
  • Demonstrate's a "team player" attitude
