Accountabilities:

Team Operations

  • Organise and conduct Student Counselling regarding enrollment queries and study plans

  •  Address Direct Student Enquiries and facilitate direct student enrolments

  • Respond to prospective and current student enquiries to assist the enrolment decision making or course change process

  • Implement retention and re-enrolment activities for current students

  • Monitor and follow up student satisfaction in relation to accommodation

  • Organise, coordinate and promote events including open days, information sessions, social events and upcoming programs e.g student party

  • Identify areas and opportunities to deliver a high quality student experience

  • Provide information and support to current and prospective students regarding academic programs and enrolment information and processes using SM systems

  • Social media content contribution

  • Conduct orientation and induction sessions

  • Promote and inform students about student discount program ensuring partner satisfaction through increased use of the program

  • Organise trial lessons

  • Organise and conduct campus tours

  • Ensure implementation of fee payment reminding process

  • Receive and process direct payments 

  • New Student Enrolment Administration

  • Work alternative shifts on occasions to meet the operational needs of the business (opening hours 7:45am-7:00pm

Reporting

  • Provide regular reports on student appointments

  • Provide regular reports on event outcomes and student engagement

  • Provide regular reports on Accommodation placements, issues and student satisfaction 

Business Development

  • Explore opportunities for Student Services activities and make suggestions to management

  • Ensure walk in student enquiries are translated into enrollments

Relationships

  • Liaise with students and agents to provide enrolment information, payment information

  • Participate in team meetings to discuss issues, evaluate and develop new processes

Training

  • Organise and implement training student training sessions in relation to internal administrative policies and procedures
