Administration Assistant - Emerald

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be part of a fast paced and passionate environment focusing on providing administrative support for all day to day office requirements. This full time role is key within the Followmont Network and would suit a confident professional that is motivated and driven to provide exceptional customer service. An overall passion towards the service we provide our customers and the promotion of unity within in our people is a must!

Role Requirements:

  • Provide administrative support to the Emerald and respond to internal & external customer queries.
  • Assisting with customer enquiries via phone and email, including meeting and greeting customers when required
  • Liaising with Followmont branches across QLD as well internal team members
  • Data entry, filing and archiving as well as other general administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the warehouse where required
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Working hours are from 7.6 hours per day
