SkyPoint is located on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast’s Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 metres in the sky. We are currently seeking customer service professionals to join our Food & Beverage and Guest Services Teams.

Our Guest Services Team provides the first point of contact for our visitors at SkyPoint by welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner; facilitating front entry, processing entry tickets and generating sales. Once on the deck, our Food & Beverage Team provide an all-day dining experience in our SkyPoint Bistro + Bar, ensuring an exceptional SkyPoint experience is delivered to our Guests.

Reporting to our Team Leaders, team members must be reliable, self-motivated team players who thrive on positive guest engagement and exceeding expectations. You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and can deliver consistently under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.

To be considered, you must have:
• Previous experience within a similar high volume food service or hospitality environment; Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
• Experience working with POS Systems and competent with cash handling;
• Ability to perform manual handling and physically demanding work tasks;
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

These positions will commence from the 23rd October 2019 and will end in mid February 2020. Seasonal Team Members will have the opportunity to apply for any ongoing permanent vacancies at the end of the contract period. Good availability and flexibility with working hours is essential as weekend, early morning and evening work is involved.
