About Endeavour College of Natural Health

Providing the highest standard of education, the most informed curriculum and a nation-wide campus footprint, Endeavour College of Natural Health is Australia's largest provider of Higher Education to the complementary medicine sector. We provide Bachelor of Health Science degrees in Naturopathy, Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, Acupuncture, Myotherapy, and an Honours Program in these disciplines, as well as a fully online Bachelor of Complementary Medicine. With the growth of the natural health space and the college being under new ownership, it is an exciting time to be a part of the business.

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Melbourne campus as Campus Manager on a permanent full-time basis. We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to manage the day to day operations of the campus in order to ensure that our students continue to receive a learning experience of the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include full facilities management, emergency response, health and safety, external contract management, petty cash coordination, mail distribution, keys and pass register management, activities and events, staff satisfaction and a quality student experience across the student lifecycle. You will liaise extensively with numerous internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve varied key objectives.

You’ll attend internal and external events and exhibitions including Open Days and graduations, so your networking skills and friendly nature will really come into play.  You will be the main liaison point on campus for staff and students alike.

About you

You are confident, proactive, love working with people and have a genuine interest in natural health and wellness. Your ability to build effective relationships and influence others, while thriving under pressure and having an employee and student-centric approach will see you well placed for success in this role. You will also have:

  • Significant demonstrated commercial managerial experience (such as Office Manager, Clinic Manager or similar positions)
  • Experience working within an educational setting is highly desirable
  • Proven capacity to build relationships with, support and coordinate a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including staff who do not report directly to you
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety legislation
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of activities with multiple competing priorities
  • A resilient and positive approach
  • A tertiary qualification in business, management or related field, or Health and Safety related qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential for success

If you have the experience we're looking for, and are as passionate as we are about education and supporting staff and students, we would love to hear from you!
