Administrator | Medical Industry

Our client is a privately own medical company that has 28 years of providing premium medical devices to the health industry.

They are current looking for an Administrator to support their Biomedical Engineering team.

The duties of this role will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Organise dispatch of incoming and outgoing medical equipment
  • Data entry
  • Raising invoices, dispatch notes and orders on MYOB
  • Front of house reception; greeting visitors, being the face of the company
  • Procurement administration 
  • Taking calls and delegating the appropriate person and taking messages where required

For this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Exposure to basic accounts duties and preferably experience with systems such as MYOB or similar
  • Friendly disposition; good customer service skills
  • High level of Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Good level of attention of detail
