About the Company

A beautique independant brokerage firm set in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula with over 17 years of experience of providing insurance across Australia, are looking for an dedicated, driven individual to assist in continuing the companies rapid growth.

About the Role

An amazing opportunity to join an exciting team where you will inherit and grow a portfolio of around 350 clients. Working closely with three other brokers you will cover Farm, Business, Aviation, Trade and Travel Insurance where on the job training will take place.

  • Working closely with Managaing Directors
  • Key Account Management
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Processing of Insurance renewals and new applications

Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Tier 1 broking accreditation
  • Experience working with insurer software
  • Exposure to Winbeat and Officetech
  • Polished and Professional in your approach

Culture

A great family culture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a close knit team consisting of 5 other team members, including a Claim Officer and an Office Manager
