An exciting opportunity exists within our Hobart Construction Team for a Cadet Construction Supervisor.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, enthusiastic, willing to learn, confident and reliable. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and access a career in the building industry.
As a Cadet Construction Supervisor you will be working as part of an outstanding team which focuses on delivering outstanding quality homes that exceed our customers’ expectations. You will be trained to manage a small workload initially including managing multiple sites and coordinating on-site activities ensuring that all dealings are met and all workplace safety requirements are followed. This role will also provide assistance to our current construction team as required.
You will be dealing with sub contractors, contractors and suppliers while maintaining a smooth operation and driving the timely completion of the multiple jobs sites, ensuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and to a high standard of quality workmanship.
We are looking for someone who has had exposure to the basic methods, practices and work standards related to the building of residential project homes. If you have a building trade certificate or are currently completing or possess a qualification in construction and are passionate about a career in the building industry, then we want to hear from you.
