About the Role

Reporting to the Director Business Intelligence & Learning Asia Pacific, and working in partnership with the Marketing team, the Marketing Analyst will play an integral part in effective marketing efforts for the region.

This role will be responsible for the development of marketing measurements, analytics, & reporting, including analysis of marketing metrics, sales, product, customer, and enquiry performance and insight trends, to enable appropriate tactical strategy development and implementation, with a view to accelerate business growth.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and improve marketing measurements reporting which includes marketing metrics, sales, product, customer and enquiry performance, insights and trends.
  • Develop a process to be able to communicate opportunities in a format which is substantiated by data to support the sales and marketing approach required to achieve results.
  • Support development of the Crown sales territories activity, establishing geographical marketing reporting measurement and insights dashboards.
  • Advise and assist key stakeholders on data management and comparison models for goal setting, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecast projections identifying opportunity areas and suggested business actions.
  • Develop a 360-degree lead score attribution tracking system and reporting dashboard which encompasses sales, service, parts and training enquiries across all enquiry generation sources.
  • Improve campaign tracking tools converting data findings into powerful text, tables, graphs and data visualisations which highlight key insights and assist with improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure marketing budget ROI performance.
  • Customer database segmentation providing actionable insight to support appropriate business strategy.
  • Coordinate Crown marketshare reporting, trend identification and competitor activity for the region.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing measurement, data analytics formulation and report preparation
  • Tech savy with solid computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Excel Guru), marketing software (CRM),
  • Data Science ( Data Mining / Big Data & AI machine learning models)
  • Familiarisation with data Visualisation tools such as Power Bi, Tableau
  • Ability to analyse information, identify key insights, grasp future trends and act proactively
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organised, detail oriented, ability to multi task with strong project management process practices
  • Operates with a sense of urgency, results driven and a collaborative team player
