Your new role
Essentially your role will be to provide high level customer service to the bank's customers by utilising online platforms. You will be required to respond to emails use live chat platforms as well as other social media channels to communicate with customers and provide them with information.

other duties:

  • Delivering a superior customer experience managing service enquiries across a range of consumer products via webchat
  • Provide solutions to assist the customer with the online application process across a range of banking products
  • Connecting with customers through a personalised service, building rapport and trust by being open and honest, whilst delivering on customer service accurately and quickly through digital channels
  • Assisting and educating customers in banking technology that enhances their banking experience and providing support when required



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a customer service / contact centre role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a high-pressured and fast paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet, and handle of a number of chats concurrently
  • Computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Have advanced social media skills (twitter, facebook, live chat)
  • Ability to work to an 8-7 rotating roster (shifts done on a month-to-month basis)
