Clearance Support Administration Officers

Chandler Macleod are seeking multiple experienced Administration Officers for upcoming temporary assignments with our Federal Government client for the Clearance Support Team. These assignments are conveniently located in Keswick, on a Monday to Friday roster with full time hours.


The Clearance Support Team will be responsible for the following:
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries providing support and advice
• Provide administrative support
• Review and prioritise completion of forms and reports
• Process incoming and outgoing International Visitor requests

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
• Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A “can-do” attitude and high level of initiative
• Reliable work ethic
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
