Executive Recruitment Consultant - No selling required - Full or Part-time

You are a highly experienced recruitment consultant who has worked extensively at senior executive level.  You have a strong working understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, and how to use this for headhunting purposes.  You have excellent emotional intelligence and are comfortable speaking with CEOs, board directors and senior executives.  You have a strong creative writing ability, and are comfortable writing job advertisements, briefs and candidate reports.
  
Here is your opportunity to join Arete Executive, Queensland’s only research-based, fully retained executive search company.  Now almost 11 years old, Arete Executive provides headhunting services across most industries, most leadership role families and throughout Australia from its Brisbane head office.  The business is owned and managed by Richard Triggs, with almost 20 years executive search experience, the host of the Arete Podcast (over 120 episodes to date) and the author of the Amazon best-seller, “Uncover the Hidden Job Market – How to Find and Win your next Senior Executive role”.  Arete Executive continues to grow from strength to strength, and now requires an additional Executive Recruitment Consultant to meet client demand.
  
This role would suit someone wanting to work full-time, or part-time.  The hours can be very flexible, to accommodate your work/lifestyle requirements (children, study, sporting commitments etc.).  You will predominantly work from home and be supplied with full administration and IT support.  This role is focussed on delivering retained assignments, and there is no requirement for you to do Business Development activities (i.e. cold calling and selling of recruitment services).
  
To be considered, you must have extensive recruitment experience at senior executive level.  You must be able to hit the ground running, although you will be provided with comprehensive training in the Arete way of delivering retained search assignments.
  
On offer is an excellent base salary (pro-rata based on desired number of hours per week), plus a bonus scheme that will allow you to earn a market-leading income.
