PROJECT SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

My client is a privately owned builder developer that has always flown under the radar in the Sydney market and had some incredible success. With a focus on residential apartment developments and land subdivisions this group has a steady pipeline of fresh projects ready to launch to market in the coming months.  A small and close knit team of incredibly professional and competent individuals that are ready to add a skilled sales and marketing coordinator to the team to manage their new projects.
 
The role:
 
With all sales sold externally and all marketing managed in house, this role requires a skilled individual to manage the external selling agents and keep them accountable along with executing all of the marketing. Your role will include:

  • Booking all print and digital media, arrange signage, CGI’s and brochures
  • Issue price lists and updates to selling agents
  • Manage all sales administration with solicitors and selling agents
  • Coordinate settlement packs and inspections
  • Liaison with channel agents
  • Oversee defects, lodge strata plans
  • Maintain social media platforms and project websites
  • Re-stock display suites ad issue marketing collateral to selling agents
  • Assist with the delivery and settlement of projects
Experience required:
  • A sound understand off the off plan sales process
  • Creative flair to execute marketing campaigns that deliver results
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Sound admin and sales compliance experience 
  • Prior experience in project marketing for 18 + months
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A can do attitude and willingness to get in and get the job done
