The Opportunity

We have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Planning and Environment team in our Brisbane office on a permanent basis.  

This role will be working closely with our Legal Secretary to provide a high level of administrative support to the authors in the team.  

Core duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Photocopying and collating all forms of client correspondence;
  • Assistance with preparing and attending to incoming and outgoing mail within the division, including couriers and deliveries; and
  • Assistance with end of month billing preparation and general administrative duties of the division as required.

 

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • A friendly, professional, and team player attitude;
  • The ability to pay close attention to detail and pick up new tasks quickly;
  • Basic / intermediate typing skills (touch typing);
  • A high level of motivation and enthusiasm; and
  • Be organised, focused and detail orientated.
