Junior Receptionist

An exciting opportunity has become available to work in the dynamic commercial real estate industry. The vibrant and highly successful Raine & Horne Canberra office is looking for a new office receptionist to join our team.

The successful applicant will be required to assist in the day to day operations, provide assistance to property management and facility managers.

Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Opening and closing of the office
  • First point of contact when entering Raine & Horne Canberra
  • Answering calls and directing as necessary
  • Banking
  • Mail management
  • Maintaining and updating office systems and procedures.
  • General adhoc administration duties as required.

Successful applicants will require:

  • Current ACT Drivers Licence
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills alongside accuracy and drive to contribute toward business goals.
