Receptionist | Office Administrator | 3 Week Assignment | Monday Start

  • Reception | Mailroom support onsite at a major Australian business
  • 4-6 week assignment | $28- $30 per hour | 8-4.30 pm
  • Access to your own car is essential due to the location of the assignment
We are seeking a professional office administrator or receptionist for a initial 4-6 week assignment with the potential to extend. You will be the representing an internationally recognised brand supporting the office manager with a range of administration duties. 

You will also offer relief reception where you will be be responsible for welcoming clients to the facility whilst organising security clearance. In addition you will be answering calls and directing callers to the appropriate person or department in the business. You will assisting the business with administration requests as directed, including raising working orders and contacting suppliers.

Do you have a minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in the following? 
  • Managing a front desk reception area
  • Adhoc administrative tasks
  • Directing telephone enquiries
  • Ensuring reception area is neat and tidy at all times
  • Responding to verbal and written requests for information
  • Issuing, recovering and auditing internal company security passes
  • Processing daily mail, both incoming and outgoing
