Personal Banking Consultant - 2 Positions Vacant

The Role
  
We currently have two fulltime vacancies for a Personal Banking Consultant to join our fun, friendly yet hardworking teams in the Aitkenvale and Willows branches.
  
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and service. 
  
This is a full time position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will also be required to work Thursday nights and Saturday morning on a roster basis and be willing to work at any branch within the Townsville region.
  
Selection Criteria:
  
  • Demonstrated sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Exceptional communication & customer service skills
  • A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
  • Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
