We are recruiting for a number of teams within local, state and federal government departments. As new projects commence and departments grow, we are seeing an increased demand for strong administrative candidates at all levels. Client Details

Our clients range from small teams in local government agencies to large federal departments and our contracts are similarly diverse. We are looking for candidates that are adaptable to a range of work environments from busy corporate offices with a busy switchboard, to quiet suburban offices with an abundance of filing. Experience within the public sector will be highly regarded.

Description

We are looking for strong administration all-rounders. The roles we get will include a mix of the below tasks depending on the level of the role:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Reception
  • Scanning and archiving
  • Data entry
  • Database and document management
  • Travel Bookings
  • Transcription
  • Library management
  • Organising Meetings
  • Payroll
  • HR
  • AR/AP

Profile

We are looking for experienced candidates with no immediate commitments that are available and looking for work with the below skills:

  • Administration
  • State, Local or Federal Government Experience
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Customer Service

Job Offer

Our assignments range from days to months depending on the client requirements with part time and full time opportunities available. Roles will be offered on a temporary hourly rate.

Police checks and other background/health checks may be required depending on the positions.
