As School Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing high-level administrative support and facilitating the needs of the College of Indigenous Futures, Arts and Society, ensuring they meet operational and strategic objectives. This will involve answering general enquiries from students, processing enrolments and grades, data entry, assisting academic staff with timetabling, room bookings, purchasing and other general administrative tasks associated with the delivery of subjects within the College.

To be successful you will need education, training and/or relevant experience in Business Administration with a proven ability to provide best-practice customer-focused service. Demonstrated contemporary knowledge of operating systems and associated software packages such as Microsoft Office, complex databases to produce reports, spreadsheets, tables, data collection and analysis will be highly regarded.
