We are on the lookout for a well presented and enthusiastic person to fulfil this position as soon as possible. This role is offered on full time basis for the hours of 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Answering and directing incoming calls
Data entry, filing, archiving and scanning
Sort and distribute postal mail as required
Providing support to office manager/ project managers
Arrange training for site employees and keep the database record up to date
Help to assemble Job pack folders for the workers onsite
General administration duties will include but not limited to the following
Check weekly site personnel records and cross check with time sheets
Maintain staff files and records
Ordering of office supplies and PPE
Maintain meeting rooms to high presentation standard
Obtain approval for payment of supplier’s invoices from project managers
Prepare supplier credit application forms, submit for approval and file as appropriate

Available for an immediate start
Positive and vibrant
Must be well presented and well spoken
Great attention to detail
Passion for business administration
Own car and license is a bonus but not a requirement
Knowledge or exposure to the building trades and civil industry
Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
