Our award-winning office is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, professional and experienced Receptionist who excels in providing outstanding levels of customer service. 

The successful applicant will possess the following qualities and attributes:

  1. Customer Service Experience
  2. A pleasant, mature and friendly personality
  3. Communication and customer service skills
  4. Strong administrative skills
  5. Excellent presentation

You will be responsible for:

  1. The operation of the reception area and   meeting rooms 
  2.  Meeting and greeting all clients
  3. Taking phone calls/messages 
  4. Administration support

This part time position will suit an individual with a vibrant personality who has a professional outlook and who displays enthusiasm & initiative. 

Hours: Monday, Thursday & Friday 8.45 am - 5.30 pm
