Are you the next seasoned sales professional to represent our dynamic national brand?

Our sales team are looking for a passionate leader to join their high performing team on a permanent basis. Based 9Km East of the CBD, covering Malvern and Camberwell, the position will report to the Zone Manager. You will contribute to the continued development of our market leading brands by developing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel. Growth and success are our drivers.  

As a Territory Manager you will have the opportunity to lead a team of part time Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities include:              

  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Disciplined key in-field execution processes
  • Compliance with agreed customer terms
  • Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • Contribute effectively as a member of an aligned state field team.

You will be an energetic achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results, coupled with superior customer focus. We are looking for a person who is confident in leading others and should therefore demonstrate management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A track record in sales is desirable, along with experience in, or knowledge of the FMCG industry. Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
