Marketing Coordinator

We're on the hunt for an energetic Marketing Coordinator with a hustle mentality. Someone who is obsessed with the customer and can inspire a world of possibility.

Feros Care is shaking up the people care industry and we're looking for a likeminded go-getter to join us in our mission to help people live independent and bold lives.

Evident in our recent partnership with Google, where we introduced an Australian-first initiative that allows home care clients to manage their services through voice command. Or our Fearless Films, where nine seniors from across Northern New South Wales created their own mini-documentaries, shooting them to stardom and landing them in the sky as part of Virgin Australia's in-flight entertainment. Or our Ask Gran Not Google initiative, which encourages intergenerational connection through conversation.

The Role:

Our Marketing team is responsible for all brand, marketing and media activity for the Feros Care Group; including Feros Care, Aspire4Life and In Great Company (our volunteering program) brands - it's a big job and no two days are the same! The team is responsible for growing and driving each brand, working across all of our business divisions to maximise long term value and sustainability.

Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, the Marketing Coordinator provides organisational marketing coordination and administrative support to the wider marketing team including; updating and managing the marketing calendar, managing print collateral and publications, resourcing and supporting events, servicing our customer relationships databases, and preparing reports regarding the performance of marketing and media campaigns.

The role requires proactive planning and organisation of tasks to ensure all campaigns and projects are delivered on deadline and within budget.

The boxes you have to tick:

  • Relevant qualifications in a Marketing or Communications discipline
  • Advanced skills across the MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Moderate proficiency of CRM systems
  • Analytically minded and a strong problem solver
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record in a role that demanded self-motivation, service-orientation, marketing and business development skills
  • A demonstrated ability to project manage a range of projects and effectively prioritise competing demands
  • You put the customer at the heart of what you do
  • You have a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail, and an eagerness to expand your skills
  • You are passionate about marketing and comfortable influencing and sharing knowledge with peers
  • Solution-focused, you possess analytical skills with a customer-first approach and enjoy working on multi-channel campaigns
  • You are good at using data to build recommendations and interpreting results to drive optimisation and campaign outcomes

For bonus points:

  • Minimum two years practical experience in the areas of marketing, copywriting and advertising
  • Previous experience in product marketing

The Perks:

  • Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per annum)
  • Relish in living on the desirable Northern NSW coast or Gold Coast, working for a successful, ever-changing and ever-growing organisation
  • Not-for-profit organisation - it feels good to give back
  • Truly flexible and supportive work environment - we walk the talk
  • Generous gender-neutral paid parental leave
  • Growth prospects and upward mobility
  • We work hard but also love to bring play into our day
  • Be part of an organisation shaking up the people care industry
  • Backed by an internal training and development team committed to your growth and so much more!

Please ensure you submit a cover letter with your application.
