As a result of continuous growth, we have a unique opportunity for a passionate and professional Team Assistant to provide client management and administrative support within our Business Services division.

As a valued member of the team, you will manage a busy and diverse range of duties including:

  • Client and Australian Taxation Office (ATO) correspondence
  • Tax lodgements
  • Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) company data updates
  • Incorporation services
  • Internal database management
  • Client reporting; including invoicing and correspondence (email, formal and telephone)
  • Relief support for administration staff (including reception) and general admin duties.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and organisation skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Previous experience in a busy and demanding role
  • Strong literacy of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Well developed verbal/written communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a team environment and go above and beyond to produce qualify outcomes
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and staff
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity in a similar environment is not essential, however would be advantageous
  • Available to commit to a full time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:15pm
